Preserving railway history since 1984
The Elham Valley Line Trust was formed in 1984 dedicated to preserving railway history, countryside crafts and to provide educational facilities. It is a Registered Charity (295563) and is run solely by volunteers and totally reliant on income from the museum, craft centre, membership subscriptions and donations.
Volunteers are always welcome to join our enthusiastic team, no matter how much time or support you can offer. There are always things to do, maintaining the buildings, grounds and displays, helping to run our Tea Room, selling tickets or simply being around to chat to people about the historical artefacts on display. There may even be a chance to drive the miniature train and work on the platform.
